I listened to my first Lullatone song about 6 years ago.  The first time I let someone else listen to it, I was told it sounded like childrens music.  The second time, I was told it sounded like something was going to HAPPEN when all the twinkly sounds crescendo.  I don't care what anyone else thinks, I love it.

I just got their newest album, Elevator Music and it makes me oh-so-happy.  Here's what the group says about it:

"We’d like to propose a new kind of elevator music – one that makes you want to snap and clap, and talk to the stranger next to you.

We’d like to feel like floating up and down in a box held up by wires is a magical adventure.
But, we’d also like elevator music that sometimes makes you want to get out of the elevator and take a walk outside.

Lately most of the elevators in our city don’t play music, so we imagine songs like these when we ride them."
